Ginger stimulates the digestive system and combats slow digestion as well as intestinal fermentation and its consequences – gas. It is used to calm the system and assists in the expulsion of intestinal gas. It is efficient against colic, abdominal cramps, stomach ache, diarrhea, nausea, and nausea due to pregnancy. It is an overall regulator of the intestines.
It is used to calm rheumatic pain as well as the stiffness in the joints due to arthritis. It is heating and stimulating and is used to calm muscle pain. This is an excellent oil for the aged as it is stimulating and tonifying.

Dosage. Maximum of 6 drops a day for internal use. More than this recommended dosage can cause stomach irritations.
Precautions – Ginger Essential oil should be diluted with a carrier oil to avoid skin irritations.
