This essential oil is calming to the nervous system. It is used to treat depression, over-excitement, nervousness, stress and over-work. It is used to treat anxiety, nervous and physical tension as well as the effects of addiction. It assists in building self-confidence, and treats hyper sensibility and troubles in concentration.
On the level of the nerves, it is used to treat neuralgia especially facial neuralgia.
Rose Geranium essential oil balances the nervous and ortho-sympathetic system. It is a stimulant, tonic and is used in cases of fatigue.
It is used to treat tonsillitis, sore throat and other infections of the mouth like canker soars and the effects of tobacco. It is used as a tonic for the pancreas and the liver.
