Blessing
The altar is decorated with mistletoe and holly, and/or sprigs of evergreen and pinecones. A fire of oak is laid in the hearth. There is an excitement in the air as the circle gathers.

Fresh Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Oil
6 Medium Apples
2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9 1/2 inch flute cake pan.
In a large bowl mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil. Peel and slice the apples and add to mixture in bowl, coating as you go, to keep apples from turning brown.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. Add the flour & baking powder mix to the apple mixture.
Mix well with a fork, until all of the flour is absorbed by the wet ingredients. Pour mixture into greased cake pan.
Bake for 55 minutes.
